Please ensure items are returned in their original condition with all tags intact within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the product to initiate a return or exchange request.

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back to our designated international warehouse using a trackable courier service.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
